Return Policy Toyulip

At Toyulip we attach great importance to customer satisfaction. That is why we offer you the right to return your order up to 14 days after receipt, without giving any reason.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, undamaged and, if reasonably possible, in the original packaging. Items that are visibly used, damaged or incomplete may be excluded from return.

If you would like to exercise your right of return, we request that you contact our customer service within 14 days of receiving your order or use the return button in your customer account. After registering the return, you will receive further instructions from us for returning the product.

The costs for return shipment are borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed or if the product is demonstrably defective or incorrectly delivered. After receipt and inspection of the return shipment, the amount due will be refunded as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days, via the original payment method.

This returns policy applies without prejudice to the statutory rights of the consumer.
