Shipping policy

Toyulip strives for efficient and reliable handling of all orders. Orders placed before 5:00 PM on working days will be processed and prepared for shipping within 1-3 working days. Orders placed after 5:00 PM or during the weekend will be processed the next working day. All stated periods are indicative and only apply on working days, excluding Dutch and international holidays.

Shipping time is 3-5 working days within the Netherlands, Belgium and other EU countries, using reputable carriers such as PostNL, DPD, FedEx, DHL or UPS. For destinations outside the EU we also aim for a shipping time of 3-5 working days, where possible customs formalities may cause additional delays. The total delivery time from order is usually 4-8 working days.

After shipment, you will receive a track and trace code by email with which you can track the shipment.
